Professor Dr. Md. Shahjahan, Chairman

Professor Md. Shahjahan Ph.D. : Educationist, Environmental and Organic Chemist. Served in Jagannath University, Titumir College, Victoria College, Rajshahi College as Head and Professor of Chemistry department and question moderator of Public Universities, Program Director and Controller of Examinations of University of Information Technology and Sciences (UITS) and Professor of Chemistry at International University of Business Agriculture and Technology (IUBAT). He is one of the Trustees of Rajshahi Science and Technology University (RSTU). He authored number of scholarly articles in peer reviewed journals, several text and reference books on Chemistry for college and university studies. He is a Reviewer of international journals. He is philanthropist, Bangladesh Rover Scout Leader (wood badger) and life-member of Bangladesh Chemical Society. He is one of the Founders of Knowledge Management Technology Transfer Foundation.
Engineer M.A. Salam,
Vice Chairman
Engineer M.A. Salam: Former Joint Secretary to the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh served as General Manager of BTTB, Executive Chairman of Bangladesh Computer Council, Joint Secretary of Ministry of Land and Election Commission Secretariat. He served as International Telecommunications Consultant for years in home and abroad, World Bank project Implementation Specialist for Bangladesh Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (BTRC) He is the pioneer of Digital Communications in Bangladesh. He worked as KPI Planner in Super-tech Critical projects. He is the Master of geothermal power project, poultry development project, livestock, agricultural farming and telecom-marketing initiatives in Bangladesh. He is an expert of training, planning, and development projects management. He is also a Social Thinker, Organizer and Philanthropist. He is a life member of IEB and one of the Founders of Knowledge Management Technology Transfer Foundation.
Md. Azharul Islam, General Secretary
Md. Azharul Islam: Former Member of Bangladesh Civil Service Education Cadre. He received education from the University of Dhaka and trained in different issues home and abroad. Served in national and international Govt. and NGOs notably-Ministry of Education, Public Administration, UNESCO, ISESCO, SAARC and World Bank. He worked as Knowledge Management Consultant in Thailand, Sri-Lanka, and Western Australian Parliament, Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics (BBS), Ministry of Planning, Insurance Development and Regulatory Authority (IDRA), Ministry of Finance, Bangladesh Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (BTRC) and Bangladesh Shishu Academy, Ministry of Women and Children Affairs and Project Consultant for number of corporate bodies. He worked as Head of Library and Information Resources Division at British American Education Group (BEAG), University of Information Technology and Sciences (UITS), Hamdard University Bangladesh and Fareast International University, BTRC, UNESCO Commission. He is an expert of training, education, development projects, information literacy, knowledge management, and youth development programs. He is associated in research and development works and authored number of scholarly articles and research papers. He is life member different knowledge societies and professional bodies. He is one of the Founders of Knowledge Management Technology Transfer Foundation.
S. M. Khabiruzzaman P.Eng, Director of Finance
S.M. Khabiruzzaman, P.Eng, : Obtained B.Sc. Engineering (Electrical) from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET) in 1970 and started career in Railway Cadre. Later he switched to BCS Telecom Cadre. He travelled and received higher degrees and professional trainings from several countries of different continents. He rendered responsibilities of the Managing Director of BTCL and TSS. He also worked as Telecom Expert in different multinational companies and corporate bodies in home and abroad. He is one of the Independent Director of PGCB, Central Council Member of IEB and Director of Bangladesh Professional Engineering Registration Board. He is also Syndicate Member of Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology and Academic Council Member of BUET. He authored number of scholarly articles, policy research papers and reference books. He is social thinker, environment development activist and philanthropist. He is associated in different knowledge societies and professional bodies and plays contributing roles. He is one of the Founders of Knowledge Management Technology Transfer Foundation.
Rokshana Ferdous Mazumder, Director (Planning and Development)
Rokshana Ferdous Mazumder: Educationist, Social Organizer, Entrepreneur and Philanthropist. She works for education, training and technology transfer for planning, communication and social environment development issues. She plays important roles in women empowerment, development and virtual-business initiatives for self-help motivational programs for the youths, girls, women, destitute, senior citizens and differently able individuals in the society. She is an expert of communicative materials development and advocacy management with resource mobilization through traditional crafts and trading. She plays important roles in leadership development programs through different socio-cultural, charitable and friends organizations and associated in National Scouting Campaign of Bangladesh. She is one of the Founders of Knowledge Management Technology Transfer Foundation.
